Los Angeles EBEWE Schedule Update

The EBEWE team at LADBS has updated the schedule for First Compliance Due Date Year for the Audits and Retro-Commissioning schedule. As of 12/19/2019 the first compliance due date for Audits and Retro-Commissioning is pushed back from 2020 to 2021. Due dates are based on the Assessor Identification Number (AIN) for the building in question. See the linked page to identify your building's due date.

EBEWE Benchmarking of your 2019 electric, gas, and water data is still due 6/1/2020. This change only impacts the Audit and Retro-Commissioning schedule.
